Kiara “KC” Latney is a light and gifted problem solver. Born in Washington D.C. and raised in Georgia from the age of 10, KC was a thriving student and competitive athlete with college scholarships from all over the nation.
After finding herself homeless at 18, college became her saving grace accepting a full-academic scholarship to Georgia State University. KC began to excel up the medical ladder completing 5 medical & health certifications by the age of 19. During her second year of college as a full-time student, full-time medical professional, and part-time middle school head coach her fast-paced life became unsettling as it became difficult to keep up with her living expenses. She quickly realized there was more to life than school, work, and paying bills.
Following God’s light, she made her debut at a tax sale auction in Middle Georgia buying a half a block for less than $14,000. Since then, KC has been helping first time investors navigate and bypass common mistakes made during their first year of investing.
